All repair estimates are provided free of charge and are subject to inspection of your vehicle. Final repair costs may vary based on hidden damage discovered during the repair process, which will be documented and submitted to your insurance company as a supplement when applicable.
3. Insurance Claims
We work directly with all major insurance providers to facilitate your claim. You have the right to choose D&D Collision Center as your repair facility regardless of your insurer's preferred shop network. We are not responsible for coverage decisions made by your insurance company.
4. Warranty
We offer a lifetime paint warranty on refinishing work and stand behind the labor and materials on every repair for as long as you own your vehicle. This warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent accidents, neglect, or improper maintenance.
5. Use of Data
D&D Collision Center will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to process your insurance claim or repair. Any information collected is used only to process your repair, communicate about your vehicle, and — if you opt in — send relevant updates.
